My mom came to visit for the holiday and brought me a gorgeous bouquet of sunflowers!

Gracie started crawling (late August)! Here she is on all 4, ready to go! She does this funny one legged propeller thing, just like Dylan did!
August 28, 07 "Sunset at the Beach"
OK, so this picture was actually taken last week at MB, but I’ve kind of been busy and not been taking pics like I should have been. Oops. Anyways, this was on a walk to the pier, the sunset was much more beautiful in reality.
August 27, 07 "First Day of School"
Today was the first day of school. Rachel is going into 3rd grade already and Dylan is starting preschool. Rachel was very excited and wore her new dress, shoes, and headband. We had stayed at Linda’s the night before due to not having power b/c of the tornado. Dylan was less than happy about the whole thing. He did NOT want me to take his picture! LOL.
August 26, 07 "Tornado"
With our luck we came home the day after a tornado hit our town. Lucky us, our street suffered the most damage! This is a view down our street the day after, everyone was busy cleaning up and had the branches and trees piled on the side of the road.
August 25, 07 "Sonic"
As we left Myrtle Beach we went to Sonic one last time to get some breakfast. Rachel got french toast sticks, Dylan had chicken tenders (go figure!), and I got this awesome burrito that had eggs, cheese, sausage, tater tots, peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc. on it. Drool.
August 24, 07 "Having fun in the pool!"
Both the kids loved playing with their daddy in the pool. Dylan would hang on to Sean’s back as he threw Rachel into the water!
August 23, 07 "Recovered"
For those who don’t know, my car was stolen while we were on vacation. Two days after it was stolen, it was recovered! We had to drive to pick it up, 3 hours away in SC. When we finally arrived and the car came off the tow truck Dylan was thrilled! He ran right to the car, Rachel however, was a bit hesitant, and just watched as Sean looked through it.
August 22, 07 "Medeival Times"
Every year while we’re at Myrtle Beach we go to see Medeival Times. Every year we get the red knight to cheer for! Rachel asked if we could change, and we got the blue night this year! Yay. They looked so cute in their crowns that I wanted a picture of them, but little Dylan wouldn’t cooperate! So, I got Rachel and Gracie instead!
August 21, 07 "Gracie sleeping"
Grace fell asleep by the side of the pool, right on the deck. I told you she would sleep anywhere!
